Return policy

At TrendMola, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not entirely satisfied with your order, we're here to help with our hassle-free return process.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date to qualify for a refund.
  • Products must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number, is required for all returns.

Return Process: To initiate a return, simply contact us at support@trendmola.com. Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with a prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Method: All returns are handled by mail for your convenience.

Return Reasons and Fees: We accept returns for two primary reasons:

  1. Customer Remorse: If you've changed your mind about your purchase, return shipping fees will be your responsibility.
  2. Defective Products: If the item you received is defective or damaged, we'll cover the return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee: We believe in transparency and fairness. That's why we don't charge any restocking fees.

Non-Returnable Items: While we aim to accommodate all returns, certain items are non-returnable for health and safety reasons. These include perishable goods, custom-made or personalized items, and hazardous materials.

Exchanges: Need a different size or color? The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original purchase and place a new order separately.

Special Note for European Union Customers: If your merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have a statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, regardless of the reason. This cooling-off period begins the day after you receive your order.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
